The Gloucester Democratic City Committee (GCCC) will hold an in-person caucus to elect convention delegates on Thursday, March 10 at the Gloucester Fraternity Club, 27 Webster St., Gloucester.
Congressman Seth Moulton will be in attendance for opening remarks before the voting begins to elect 18 delegates and 18 alternates to the 2022 Massachusetts Democratic State Platform Convention will be by wards, each of which has an allocated number of delegates.
Registration for the in person caucus will open at 5:30 p.m. and anyone interested in attending must be checked in by 6 p.m. All participants must be registered Democrats.
The GDCC requests in-person attendee cooperation for Covid safety with proof of vaccination. Masks are welcome, but will not be mandatory.

This year’s state convention will be an in person event held on June 3rd and 4th at the DCU Center in Worcester, with a virtual attendance option, to endorse candidates for statewide office, including Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary, Attorney General, and Auditor, ahead of the Democratic Primary this September.
