Notice of 2012 Democratic Caucus Gloucester Democrats will hold a Caucus to select 2012 Democratic State Convention Delegates on Saturday, February 11th at 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Gloucester High School.
The Gloucester Democratic Caucus will elect regular Delegates, and Alternate Delegates to the Convention. Delegates will be divided equally between men and women. Those not elected as Delegate and/or Alternate, who meet the qualifications may apply to be add-on Delegates in the following categories: youth, minority, and disabled. Attendees are requested to arrive promptly to allow ample time for discussion. Democrats know that 2012 is a very important election year with a lot at stake, and they realize that the February Caucus is a meaningful way to leverage local action to a national level.
